FeWoDesk does not fill the entire screen. Is it possible to maximized the window to the entire screen size?

How can I change the email templates so that they are similar to the stationery (eg logo)?

Once the reservation is created and saved, I would like to generate a confirmation. Unfortunately, the production of the document is hanging at 80%. The document will then appear after some waiting, but now is the FeWoDesk sceen before the word document. The system is blocked. How can i remedy this?
Perhaps you work with Microsoft Office 2000. It's not supported by FeWoDesk. Please use the Version XP/2002/2003/2007 of the Microsoft Office Suite. We will advise you during the installation.
